小弟想從英國購買汽車零件，並透過BNS國際代運寄回台灣
但碰上了一些問題，想請教英文能力佳或有經驗的大大們
今天廠商寄來這封信
Good morning, Thank you for your order, we have noticed your billing and shipping addresses don't match and unfortunately the total of the order is over our threshold. I can send you over a quote but this will need to by paid via BACS, please confirm the address you would like it sent to so i can fill in the quote. I will also cancel and refund this order. Kind regards

Thank you for your reply, due to the amount of the order we cannot ship the order to a shipping address that doesn’t match the billing address and due to the amount and the billing address being outside the UK it will need to be paid via BACS.
Would you like me to fill in a parts request form for you and send you over a quote and include our bank details for a BACS payment?

2.如果他們不接受國外銀行的信用卡付款，有沒有大大了解信中所提BACS的付款方式??據我初步的研究好像就是匯款的樣子
