我想在美國的網站購物
網站有寫到可以用visa
但,我刷了..網站都顯示Status: Cancelled
也有mail信件顯示Error Processing Credit Card
但.信用卡公司mail有說,這件有刷成功..
我打電話去客服
但,有可能是當下有成功..但,還沒來請款,所以不確定成不成功
想請問,是不是國外網站封鎖台灣的信用卡?
那.請問有其他方法可以刷過嗎?他沒有paypal

你給的轉運站或許只是信箱或倉庫,無人簽收,因此會被擋下.
建議你找美國代購,台灣台幣付費,整個下來價格比轉運站便宜.
