我在EBAY上標得一件外套,賣家是在uk,商品頁面有標名可寄台灣運費也有標示出來試通過EBAY的全球運送,在競標前已訊息確認賣家能寄台灣,從付款賣家寄出到現在已經快一個月,想說自己查看看,發現全球運送計畫是透過Pitney Bowes這間公司執行,寄信詢問單號進度後,他回信給我如以下:

之前爬文有人成功透過這個全球運送計畫買過國外東西,所以在想是只有我在花蓮例外嗎? 還是根本沒有寄台灣?
因為已經快一個月,賣家也沒主動聯絡,想來詢問各位的意見或是有人有相同狀況過嗎?
