請問以下這句我翻譯成
"我認為台灣改造了一種不只被使用於華語, 而且被使用於讓台灣變成富饒、文化上多樣性的地方的很多其他語言的系統是一件很棒的事."

但是 句尾 "the rich, culturally diverse place it is!" 為什麼會有 it is 呢?
