通常都是用 2 nights in police cell, 假設是暫時拘留的話

很多時候要改用法，雖然中文你用了"而且"、"但是"，但這情境通常會直接說而不會用到這兩個字

謝謝樓上幾位大大熱情解答。
其實一開始只想請教大大們這句子有沒有怪怪的。
這句子來自於英文學習雜誌的某段文章的句子。

其中not被我去掉，拿來這邊問。
因為我覺得not 好像可以不用。

拿掉not,意思變了吧
照原意是她要先去做兩天牢，之後才能拒付付款告上法庭
