PDF檔的"Fit to Page" 中文是哪一項?

要印一份文件
由於內容的字體大小是有一定的規範

如下文所述:
"The document is laid out to be printable on either letter-sized or A4 paper.
When printing the PDF version of this document, be sure to disable the "Fit to Page" print option."

想問的就是藍色文字的部分,
Fit to Page
在PDF檔內列印的話
在頁面大小調整和處理就是勾選"符合"對嗎?
還是"實際大小呢"?
