突然收到一封eBay發的系統通知信?!
內容是:
FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay - XXXXX@yahoo.com.tw
Dear XXXXX (XXXXX@yahoo.com.tw),
Your eBay account has been suspended. eBay took this action after determining that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.
Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.

大意就是eBay帳號被停權...
我已經幾年沒在eBay上買賣東西了,而最後一次登入應該是數月前...
一開始以為是假的通知信...
連上eBay之後發現還真的給停權啦?!
當下有點緊張...怕是被駭客盜用帳號...
立刻寄信聯絡了eBay
數小時後...終於回信了...
回答的內容卻令人啼笑皆非(亦或令人恐懼)
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write to eBay. I am happy to assist you
further.
"Thank you for writing to eBay regarding the suspension of your account.
Your account suspension is due to several discrepancies in your
registration information as outlined in Section 9 of the eBay User Agreement. The
section is entitled ""Breach"" and contains the following text:
""Without limiting our other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning,
suspend or terminate your user registration and refuse to provide our
services to you without notice to you: (1) if you breach this Agreement or
the documents incorporated by reference; (2) if we are unable to verify or
authenticate any information you provide to us ; or (3) if we believe that
your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or us.""
In order for your account to be reinstated we request that you send us any
document listed in Group One AND any document listed in Group Two AND any
document listed in Group Three.
Group One - Evidence of Identity
- Copy of a current full Driving License.
- Copy of a Residence Permit issued by Home Office.
- Copy of a HK ID card.
- Copy of Building Industry Sub-Contractor's Certificate issued by the
Inland Revenue.
- Copy of a Benefit Book or an original notification letter form the
Benefits Agency confirming the right to benefits.
- Copy of a current signed passport including photograph.
- Copy of Inland Revenue Tax Notification with address showing.
Group Two - Evidence of Address
- Recent copy of Utility bill or a certificate from a supplier of
utilities confirming the arrangement to pay for services on pre-payment terms.
Mobile phone bills are not acceptable.
- Copy of Local Authority council tax bill (valid for the current year).
- Copy of Bank, building society or credit union statement containing
current address.
- The most recent copy of a mortgage statement from a recognized lender.
- Copy of Local Council rent card or tenancy agreement with address
showing.
- Copy of notification letter from the benefits agency confirming the
rights to benefit (if not used for evidence of name).
Group Three - Evidence of Ownership(If you haven't listed any item in eBay
before, you don't need to provide the information of this group.)
- Copy of Title
- Copy of Bill of Sale
- Copy of Receipts
- Copy of Agreement with Supplier
- Copy of Shipping Invoice
You may send the print screen of the above documents in attachment format
to: hkappeal@ebay.com (Note: Please edit the picture in smaller size
within 100K and save it as .jpg format in order for us to open your attachment
file, please ensure that the docs are clear and visible). Thank you for
your cooperation!
As soon as your identity has been verified, we will be happy to review
this suspension.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Members who are suspended are prohibited from registering
new accounts with eBay, or using any existing accounts. eBay reserves the
right to suspend existing accounts, as well as new accounts opened by
anyone in the same household of a suspended user, or by any other associates
of a suspended user.

竟然說我違反使用者協議第九條(從我註冊eBay台灣到它倒了...過了這麼多年才發現?)
難道說我太久沒有用eBay的服務...
所以違反使用合約?所以不能"確認"我的註冊資訊?所以違法?????
...要復權的話還要我寄身分證明.地址證明.公司證明....
這不是變相的要我的"詳細個人資料"嗎?
感覺上像是個罪犯一樣...
難道真的錯在我嗎?
難道是我英文比較差...理解力又不行...
自以為是的鬧了笑話嗎@@?
