我在Y拍拍賣一台NB(買來約8個月)，個人覺得不想有買賣的糾紛，所以希望是面交
結果放了一段時間沒有人要，正當我想放棄的時候...
有兩個外國人說他們有興趣想跟我買，問我願不願意寄到國外，
問題1：NB用UPS寄到美國需要關稅嗎? 要去哪邊查詢關稅的價格?
問題2：NB含有充電電池，電池類的物品可以寄嗎?
問題3：他們出的價格來蠻好的，我在台灣光華商場買約4萬台幣，可是他們願意出將近5萬台幣(含運費)，難道國外NB比台灣貴很多?
麻煩有經驗的人幫我解惑一下 謝謝
