最近在做個實驗，針對一個實驗方法發生爭執，請問版友會怎麼翻譯這段內容

the specimens shall be from the vertical and preferably parallel to the principal direction the flow or fog through the chamber ,base upon the dominant surface being tested


主要的試驗表面在測試過程中，樣本應從垂直的方向以支撐或懸掛於15~30度之間，並且最好與盬霧流動的方向平行通過chamber。
