我不評論你的英文（有一些錯誤，你自己要好好檢查），但內容對人資來說滿空洞的。
你說到你是很努力且有責任感的人，但是證據咧？你最好先講 During the past few years, I have done xx project/programme which increase firm's performance in terms of xxx. 如果有論文，你可以說 In the last year of my university life, I did an empirical research on xxx. In this research process, I meet many experts in xxx field. And I learnt a lot from them. For instance, xxx
另外 I like reading running and shopping. 公司不會想知道你喜歡購物，這點不需要講。倒是閱讀你可以跟學習做連結，表示你不會因為畢業了或工作了，技能就停滯不前。你可以說 I quite like reading. For example, recently I read a book about xxx (你的領域的某本書), I found that xxx （心得）。
I really want to get this job and I hope I can see you soon。這是客套話，每個人都會講。你改成As I said earlier, I have got many skills in doing xxx work. Therefore, I believe I am the one who qualifies this job.
記得，interview 不是自我介紹，而是要把自己的特質跟工作做連結關係，在短短一兩分鐘內，要把你的優點通通說出來。
