That's sick.
If you even have any slight idea about how people at North America feel about World Trade Center, you would never allow this AD. About 3000 people died on that horrible day and BenQ is trying to use this to sell phones?
Thank god, BenQ does not sell phones in North America, or it will be a quick and easy way to die. I hope I will never see BenQ brand here.

But, I guess they don't really mean to use picture like that. There have been several movies and other musics based on 9/11. It might be controversial if that picture is from ground zero, but I don't see any big deal about it though.

So,如果他們是直接用 Ground Zero 的真實照片,那就很有爭議性,但是在他們的網站看來,是用很多張 Layer 在 Flash 裡面造成的場景。
我可以瞭解 BENQ Marketing 所設定的整體專案主軸,但是還是有點瑕疵,引用 『類似』WTC的圖片,並不一定妥當。

簡單舉例如下:
越戰獵鹿人

第三滴血
越戰系列電影, 不勝枚舉
還有最經典的, 最賺錢的
莫過於鐵達尼號了,
N年前拍過, N年後還重拍,
以後你我的孫子說不定還會看到立體版的鐵達尼號.
話又說回來,
單純的評估這個廣告的效果,
如果真的造成討論或報導(甚至批評或攻擊),
那就太成功了,
不是嗎?
