我住台灣的外國朋友花了一年做了一部動畫，想提醒中指蕭事件不該再被發生

Dear Ted:

Hello, I`m Miles. Thanks for your blessings. I want to share an animation with you. My friend and I who live in Taiwan and who also work at Advantech, Richard & Miles, took a year to complete a short stop-motion animation about traffic, specifically, courtesy toward ambulances.
Maybe you could give us some suggestions about the animation. If you think it is worthy, you could share it with your friend.
We do hope that if it is good enough, more people will get to see the public service traffic cartoon called “Please Make Way”.

意思是說，他想分享一部動畫，是他和他朋友製作歷時一年的作品，用意是希望提醒大家友善的對救護生命的救護車讓路，製作初期還沒有"中指蕭"事件，現在完成後，他希望提醒各位救護車用路的急迫性和重要性，他說他不是影片高手，有任何批評指教都會虛心接受，希望大家可以分享出去，感謝。
