We all Japanese are very thankful for you to have lots of your support
after the earthquake in East Japan 10 days ago.

Taiwan dispatched 28 excellent members of rescue team
to work very hard in dangerous disaster area.
Here, we would like to express appreciation and also to apologize
impolite attitude of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for them.

Besides, TV charity program by all of major TV stations was held
and provided lots of relief funds for quake victims from many people and
Mr. Ma, the President of Taiwan, Republic of China.

We were quite discouraged by the earthquake and it is very
long way for revival.
However, at the same time, we are also encouraged by your aid.

We will never forget your kindness, and we hope all of
Taiwanese people in Japan are safe.
