一樣。第一條，因為沒有 who 關係代名詞，所以，後面的動詞得改成 V-ing 形式。

"and" 前後為兩個完整的句子。換句話說，如果沒有 and, 他們是可以不經修改而獨立存在的完整句子。
就文法的觀點，是沒有錯。因為 "and" 前後連結兩個完整句。所以是對等的(都是完整句子)。
但就句意來說，有時會很奇怪(您舉的例子是沒有奇怪之處)。
我講的奇怪的句意，例如：
I will live with three other boys and the dog is barking.
上面這句話，文法上沒問題，但是 and 前後句意，好像沒什麼關連。就好像你跟別人說話時，突然冒出一句不相關的話題。別人可能會突然不知道你在講什麼。

建議你或許可以改成這樣,
The person who lives in the house is my brother.
Three more boys will live with me as well.
I know only two of them anyway.
