[問題] 國外買家想跟我買東西?是不是詐騙新手法?(懂跨國匯款的大大們請進)

小弟我在某拍賣網站有要販售一條牛仔褲
想賣的價錢是台幣1,800左右

有天突然接收到有一位國外買家有意願購買
但小弟英文不好，所以不是很了解內容

郵件內容：

Q2：買家要我提供匯款資料，但國外匯款需要Bank Address(銀行地址)?
Q3：Swift Code 又是什麼意思?
Q4：一條褲子含快捷運費到NIGERIA(奈及利亞)，5000台幣夠嗎?划算嗎?
Q5：小弟我該注意什麼?
