有一封英文的書信，內容簡略如下：

紅字的部分，請問應該是included？還是including？
可以請問一下原因是為什麼嗎？
真的要我解釋, 我也不太能... 個人習慣覺得including較順. 加上型態的問題.而且 included在這也不是形容詞. 等高手的詳細解釋順便學一點We will send you an email including / included all of the specifications as soon as possible.

用including 是因 一子句(沒連接詞) "第二"動詞改分詞 主動所以用Ving(現分) ,放在受詞/補語後 才用pp表被動(附加)

所以整句話就會變成以下
We will send you an email including all of the specifications as soon as possible.
首先，先分析一下，"include"所放的位置。若是像樓主所說的include 後面又接了一堆句子，此時include就必須去修飾後面的句子，就會變成including，形容詞。
但是若本句寫成以下：
We will sned you an email, all of the specifications (which are) inclded, a.s.a.p.
include會變成被動語態，是要表示＂all of the specifications＂都 ＂被包括＂了。所以include 會以過去分辭的型態出現，也就是included
P.S. To 最愛虛夜月，是不需要＂are＂的，are要跟在which 後面，剛好也可以省略掉，
若是寫We will sned you an email, all of the specifications "are" inclded, a.s.a.p.
本句就會變成有兩個動辭，就不對了
