其中第二句問句的英文是錯的,請問是為什麼?

一般都會用 Have you finished the project/Did you finish the project? 做問句
不妨思考一下時間邏輯性;我好像還沒看過 "Had....?"這種型態的問句。

或者也可以是:
Q: When did you finish the project?
A: I had finished the project before you arrived.
“Had you finished the project?”感覺句子不完整。

我只能說寫歌的人不是英文不夠強就是故意把歌詞寫成那樣;裡面有幾個很明顯的文法錯誤。
其實英文在文藝領域裡是有所謂的 "poetic licensing";
基本上就是讓創作者可以在某個程度上無視英文文法規則以表達他想表達的意境
莎翁就是將poetic licensing發揮到極致的文豪。

VS
Have you ever thought...
怎麼看都是後者比較正常吧?
補充:我所謂的"正常"是指該用法比較常見。雖然Had you ever though不是錯的,但是就如上面大大所提,一般通常會用更簡單/直接的問法來表達。
