Dear Japanese Red Cross Society
I watched NHK special program on 11th March 2012 and saw a woman appealing to the world for not forgetting Japan while it continues to rebuild and requires more fund.
As from my undrestanding of Taiwanese and its media, there was question raised of Taiwanese Red Cross still withholding the fund, approximately 58 million US dollar
The issue itself already sparked some outrage in Taiwanese public, however Taiwanese Red Cross has been putting it off and reported the fund will be made in several transactions upon requests from Japan
As you may be aware that there is corruption in every corner of the world, I would urge you to be proactive, requesting for release of the fund from Taiwanese Red Cross and also send a duplicate of official request to Taiwanese media.
After all, what Taiwanese people would like to see is their effort and sympathy in the form of donation can make differences in helping Japan in its process of recovery
