這是基本的英語常識
並不會有一個動詞+2個介係詞+一個名詞/名詞片語當受詞的情形
但有時你或許會看到上面這種情形
例如: I stand up in the classroom.
但這種情形是因為動詞其實是動詞加介係詞之動詞片語
(也就是說stand up是個動詞片語)

如果在he的前面有其他的字
例如 This is the house he lives in at/by 108 Main Street.
那in留著沒問題
否則就是題目出錯了
而108 Main Street的意思確實是Main Street 108號
我還沒見過有人在門牌號碼跟路名之間加上comma的
they look very much alike. they ___ brothers.
would be的意思是"將會成為"
should be的意思是"必須成為"
might be的意思是"可能是"或"或許會成為"
must be的意思是"一定是"或"一定要成為"
前兩者比較不會是正確選項
而後兩者皆可，取決於說話者的猜測程度
