這句比較難.... 有點釐語
你看不懂是正常的...
通常的意思是講說"別跟他說....那個人很大嘴巴...一定會跟別人說"
比較正式的解釋是"因為你知道這件事情跟那個人說..他一定會做出負面的動作 (跟別人說, 負面情緒, 自殘...) 所以不要通知或是者是讓他知道)

dusting 這裡應該是除塵的意思，用雞毛撢子稍微清理。
