Asking somebody's comments in English, you should check yours out first.

會讓人看了直覺想到這個人是在英美國家土生土長的嗎？
就算是外國人也是非英美國家的人，依文法所寫出來的文字吧
用中文來說，也不常看到有人這麼用，
你想要說的是要是對方回擊，他也是受歡迎的嗎？
他又不是客人或貴賓
我是不曾在在美國影集看到這樣的用法，通常來說看到的是用"接受"或是"I am waiting"

補充一下，剛剛吃飯時，終於想到為什麼會覺得 "you are welcomed."怪怪的
welcome當形容詞的話，字尾不用加d
be+welcomed，也就是be+過去分詞表被動
既然你要表示被動，這個地方的主詞不適合用人吧，應該是
your comments / ideas / opinions are welcomed.
