practice the dental/medical profession in Poland or that you have obtained
the full qualifications to practice the dental/medical profession in Poland.
有醫學畢業證書不代表就可以在波蘭執業或是已經取得波蘭執照
Obtaining diploma (with the degree of “Lekarz Dentysta/Lekarz”) confirms
only that the dental/medical studies completed in Poland are compliant to the
minimal requirements regarding the recognition of the professional
qualifications presented in the art. 34 and 24 of the Directive 2005/36/EC of
the European Parliament and of the Council.
有了畢業證書只是達到最低的資格要求
According to the Polish law, in order to obtain full qualifications leading
to obtaining the right to practice the profession, a person with the Polish “
Lekarz Dentysta” or “Lekarz” degree diploma has to complete an obligatory
post-graduate internship (staz podyplomowy)that lasts 12 months (for DDS) or 18
months (for MD) and pass the National Dental/Medical Exam (LDEP/LEP).
根據波蘭法律, 要取得完全執業的資格, 必須在完成畢業後至少18個月的(for MD)的實習post-graduate internship,
而且通過波蘭國家醫師考試.
In order to recognize the qualifications in another EU Member State and to be
granted the full right to practice the profession of a dentist/doctor, each
country may impose some additional requirements dependent on the regulations
of appropriate Medical Chamber.
歐盟成員國的部份, 則是由各國自行規定。

Starting from fall 2008 the State Examination of Medical Doctor (LEP) in English and the State Examination of Dental Doctor (LDEP) are also offered in English.
The State Examination of Medical Doctor (LEP) and the State Examination of Dental Doctor (LDEP) in English are governed by the same regulations as the LEP and LDEP examinations in Polish and are held twice a year at the same time in 6 centers all over the country.

所以2008年以後波蘭的醫師考試也可以選考英文版本.
新的2008 波蘭醫師考試英文版本規定,

所以畢業生是可以在波蘭行醫,
也就是拿到畢業證書, 再完成18個月的畢業後實習,
再考英文版的波蘭醫師執照考試.
也就不是如許多台灣醫學生所稱不能考照.

所以 "現在已經回台的小波波在波蘭是不可以執業的" 因為
1. 根本沒有實習
2. 根本沒有考過波蘭醫師執照
這樣說對不對 ?
大家之前在說的 "小波波不能考波蘭醫師執照" 其實是在說
現在回台的小波波根本沒有在波蘭實習
所以波蘭政府不准考波蘭醫師執照
這樣說沒有錯啊 !

這我不知道, 因為我說過我也不是波波,
不過文章是說畢業後實習, 或許還有畢業前實習吧.
而且又不是不准在波蘭當實習醫師.
如果說不准考波蘭醫師執照,
會被人誤會成一輩子也不准考波蘭執照,
這可是差很大.
重點是monmon大, 這些人也可以考波蘭執照,
那當他們讀完六年+1.5年實習後, 又取得波蘭執照,
是不是就可以直接考日本醫師國考.
....日本想當醫師的人應該也蠻多的吧........
