這是公司前陣子有一位同事得肝炎幸好發現的早,來的及治療的感想
以前他有抽煙現在戒了,以前喝咖啡跟喝開水一樣,現在還是喝不過量少了,但還是比我一天只喝一杯咖啡為原則還多
另外他以前加班加的很兇,天天加假日加,現在假日則偶爾才加睡覺時間也提早了,良好作息時間是最重要的
