還可以看兩三本喔...那好像還不很嚴重吧...是不是想做的事情太多了,有時我也會這樣,做到一半又想做其他的事.變得比較急躁,亂了步調.我覺得休個假,去找個時間過得慢的鄉間走走,你會看到悠閒的牛車,悠閒的...去調整自己的步調.
醫學證明有氧運動可以舒壓身體會釋放「安多芬」裡頭有類似瑪琲的成份可以讓身體放鬆、情緒舒緩我在去年之前常覺得壓力大、累、胸口鬱悶中醫師說肝火大,要早一點睡、多運動在西醫家醫科抽血檢查後也是一切正常可是明明累的要死西醫師說「欠運動啦!」因為沒有運動習慣導致身體循環差所以,多運動吧!!
我是運動,跑步和騎腳踏車...若覺得太累,大大也可培養其他興趣,如攝影就是個不錯的興趣,雖然也要砸錢但可以玩很久,網上同好也夠多可以互相交流,喜歡上攝影週末假日就會想出去走走拍拍照,進而老婆小孩也一起帶去,也可以增進家庭成員間的情感與火花喔~
sabrina 喜歡看棒球....一邊幫支持的球隊加油....一邊用力喊叫把怨氣發洩出來....用力敲加油棒把壓力釋放出來....另一個是爬山 .....爬到氣溫剛好涼涼的, 空氣很乾淨的地方,心情也會變好哦....
