所以可信度是OK的，但..不曉得各位有沒有注意，
他的分級是用地震的頻率去分類的，
台灣地震頻率高這不是原本就一直存在的事??
因為地震==>所以核能電廠不安全
還是不管有沒有地震==>核能電廠就是不安全
就看各位怎麼去看囉~~~~
