2009 花旗儲備主管計劃 Management Associate Program
Citi Taiwan recruits outstanding young graduates from the top schools in the world to be part of our Management Associate program. The objective of the program is to build a pipeline of leadership talent for Citi. The program will last approximately 12-14 months, and is designed to prepare high potential individuals for senior management roles. Through a series of formal seminars, structured rotations and stretch assignments across different business segments, helping fresh talent develop a strong understanding of our businesses, markets, products, services and culture. Some of our rotationals may include overseas assignment.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with the following attributes and competencies:
Bachelor degree or above
Fluency in English & Mandarin
