結果寄來真的太大
還有個是沒有更小尺寸(也就是沒有我的尺寸的)
之前問他們怎麼辦？
他們說可以寄回也可以自己剪斷修改

技術上怕會有問題

I would like to know more about these two ways of modifying monofins.
1、 Is it difficult to modify by myself?
Has any customer modified it himself? If I am worried that I cannot modify it, what kind of store can I find to modify it? Have any customers who have modified the monofin by themselves reported any problems with the use?
2、 Can I return Nemo Wing Monofin and modify Mermaid Monofins? If Nemo Wing Monofin can be returned, how to calculate the shipping cost for sending and returning?
Before I placed the order I had read many customer reviews, all suggested to choose one or two size larger, so I did. I know that Taiwanese have wider feet than Europeans. Generally, Taiwanese will choose the size one size larger when buying European women’s shoes, so I choose sizes 37~39&38.
他們上次的回文在下面，我一開始聽到熱槍就覺得有點頭昏(完全不知道是什麼)，又說有什麼腳踏車店可以買到的膠還要用砂紙，對我來說好像是火星產物，後來有個朋友說誰有那個heat gun，我才想說也許可以在台灣改。修改運費去回怕也要近萬，也不是一筆小錢。
We regret to hear that the ordered size is too large and thank you for contacting customer support.
Our records indicate that monofins in the ordered size were produced and supplied (order 100170984), size EU 39 (Mermaid Monofins) and EU 37-39 (Nemo Wing Monofin).
Kindly note that the corresponding foot pocket size for 230MM is EU 35 as indicated on the sizing chart which is available on the product page. While the Mermaid monofin can be made in this size - unfortunately this size is not available for the Nemo-Wing monofin and it can not be exchanged to a smaller size.
It is possible to adjust the Mermaid monofin foot pocket straps and reduce the overall size of the foot pockets by simply heating the foot pocket straps with a heat gun, this will cause the straps to un-bond - It is then necessary to clean the straps from both sides using sand paper and acetone and re-gluing the foot pocket straps to the desired length using standard rubber glue (aka Katchuk, can be found at any bicycle repair shop, usually sold in a yellow tube).
Alternatively, it is possible to send the Mermaid monofin back to our workshop for size adjustment - We are happy to perform the adjustment work with no additional cost, in this case you will be responsible for the round trip delivery costs of the item to our workshop (we will provide a return address in Europe).
Please let us know if you would like to send the Mermaid Monofin back to our workshop for size exchange and we will follow up with the necessary details.
