各有各有好處及優點，我覺得最大的差異在於預算及質感吧
當然也有質感不錯的塑膠地板，但相對價格就高
至於保固部分，沒有那麼神奇啦，我僅針對超耐磨地板，因為塑膠地板相對便宜
磨損或看膩了就直接更換了，應該很少需要用保固
超耐磨地板保固內容多是針對顏色(褪色)及外觀(磨穿)
