時常瀏覽板上大家分享購屋及裝潢的喜悅
今天終於換我來分享了~
因買完房子所剩現金不多
裝潢預算只有約25萬
所以要把錢花在刀口上
設計公司開出來的估價單
再去刪減哪些用現成購買比較便宜哪些要用系統櫃
就完成了這項艱難的小資預算裝潢工程
也感謝設計公司不會嫌工程小就不理我哈哈
最後的裝潢金額大約在22萬+燈具2萬左右
有控制在預算內XD

客廳吧台,本來要做玻璃拉門隔間,後來捨棄拉門做吧台讓客廳與廚房做一個區隔,也多一個實用性

次臥隔間用半灰鏡半灰玻設計,比全玻璃設計更保有隱私也可以讓早上光線透進來客廳

因次臥設計公司規劃衣櫃+化妝桌+收納床底座要將近4萬,最後決定全砍掉買現成的,還沒配送所以還是空的XD

難得兩房的主臥可以這麼大,也是我購買這個建案的原因,放的下加大雙人床還可以有L型的開放式衣櫃

購買的房子在高雄中都濕地的區域兩房的產品
其實看房的數量也不多
但大多數的兩房產品不是房間太小、一層戶數多
不然就是不能購買車位或只能購買機械車位
還有滿多新成屋都捨棄天然瓦斯改用全棟吃電的
想到以前租屋時電熱水器可觀的電費就不選擇這類產品
所以選擇購買的這個建案還滿單純的
全棟僅48戶住家一層4戶+兩個店面就沒了
還有難得的全平面車位就下手囉~
首次開箱希望版上的大家都能找到理想中的好房~
