Gmail信件只有手機收到,電腦看不到信

小弟手機是NOT3的,最近辦簽證密碼要重新設定,
所以官方寄信到我GMAIL做更改,
但因手機點擊連結後無法開啟澳洲官網的頁面(一直讀取中),
所以打算用電腦登入。
卻發現GAMIL電腦裡都沒有收到信件,只有手機收到

爬文後還是沒辦法處理

只好在此求教,哪位好心大大幫我解惑阿~~~ orz

手機內那一封信，再轉寄回GMAIL信箱或其它MAIL 信箱

在改用電腦開啟就可以了。

照大大的方法,用電腦是進的去澳洲網站了,
不過他出現這一段話。想說會不會是因為小弟不是用在澳洲留的信箱開啟,所以開無法成功連結。

會不會是手機已經點過一次又沒完成手續所以連結失效。
再去原本發放密碼的地方點一次然後直接用電腦點吧。

感謝大大的回覆壓!!我也考慮如此情形,所以從點過一次。然後轉寄到別的信箱,之後就出現上面那段錯誤訊息。
所以猜測,是不是一定要用原來在澳洲官網上申辦的GMAIL才能開啟連結

目前信件都是寄到GMAIL(手機的)。所以用電腦開GMAIL,通通跑去手機裡面了(電腦的信件會收不到

)
所以我現在要想辦法克服這一關就是,讓信件優先到電腦(GMAIL),而不是手機(GMAIL)裡面(上網找好久,這方面的資料我一直不成功不太會 orz

)

這事讓我最近好緊張= =因為算時間簽證應該差不多要好了,但又怕MISSS什麼訊息要補資料什麼的,所以真的很想趕快確認解決

基本上GMAIL都是用線上讀取比較多（imap模式），
手機看的到電腦看不到會不會是因為下載了信件（pop3模式）。
先不管什麼模式將同步先關掉，等信處理完再開啟吧。

現在基本上要做的應該是回去點一次網站的忘記密碼，
然後他會寄信到你的信箱，只要你手機沒立刻同步並收下信。
那電腦應該看的到，然後立刻點他寄給你那封信裡的連結去做密碼變更。

ps忽然想到該不會手機看完後點了封存吧，我以前有點過然後就找不到信了。
後來才知道用搜尋或者所有信件就能找到。
