突然無法用Picasa軟體上傳照片

昨天凌晨寫Blog寫到一半，突然想要整理一下照片
有些照片想要重新上傳編輯，用Pisaca軟體上傳卻屢屢失敗
登入Picasa網路相簿後，才發現網頁最底下顯示：
「您目前使用了 1024 MB 配額中的 1023 MB (99.99%)」
突然無法用Picasa軟體上傳照片

我確定我的使用方式符合免費儲存空間限制定義
用了這麼多年以來，也一直只上傳不佔容量的尺寸
不知怎麼會突然變成99%？
更奇怪的是上圖那個「升級儲存空間」的連結按下去之後
可以清楚的看到我Picasa的使用率為0%
突然無法用Picasa軟體上傳照片

這樣的狀況讓我看不太懂...

我唯一能想到的就只有幾個月前上傳了1、2000千張的照片
雖然都符合免費空間定義，但整體上傳量還是有1、2G吧？
所以可能暫時被Picasa限制流量、禁止上傳？

剛剛試著用Google+上傳30多張照片，居然成功了

愈來愈搞不懂Google是怎麼判定免費空間的使用率了
本來想一舉把Picasa網路相簿統統刪除再用同步上傳
但我Blogger上有數千張照片都放在上面
刪除的話就會變成死連結，所以我一直不敢輕舉妄動

請問有人遇到類似的問題嗎？該怎麼解決才好呢？

目前國外的網友也大量出現picasa uploader/web uploader無法上傳照片的問題,
不過錯誤的訊息是:Error: Long term bandwidth exceeded,(小弟也是遇到這樣的問題)
跟開版大大的錯誤好像有點不同,
不過就時間點來看,應該都是google那邊造成的錯誤~~

google論壇有網友提出一種解決的方式:安裝Picasa 2.7,
但是這方法未經官方證實有用喔~~
google現在只說Picasa and Drive team會盡快解決,
用戶也只能等待了

我找到了一個關於"Long term bandwidth exceeded"的半解決方案。

利用Picasaweb可以將相片移轉至另一個google帳戶的功能

假設A帳戶遇到："Long term bandwidth exceeded"
那請用B帳戶上傳建立相簿, 建立完成後, B的picasaweb,按一下Picasa網路相簿右上角的齒輪圖示，選擇 [相片設定]。在 [隱私權和權限] 標籤上，按一下 [移轉帳戶] 區段中的 [移轉我的相片]。之後到B帳戶點選連結, 打開A帳戶的picasaweb, 照片就會跑過去了

但請留意, 好像只能轉移一次

關於免費的case
請問google picasa的long term bandwidth是多少呢?
一天之內上傳了1G就超過嗎?
應該沒那麼小吧, 在google的說明也沒找到這個規則~

確定是Google Picasa or Google+ 對於免費帳戶使用的限制

因我原本用Picasa 付費帳戶，怎麼用都沒有上傳限制，我以前常常在清帳戶然後整個200GB 的相片重新上傳，這樣搞了好幾次，都沒有限制。

後來付費帳戶到期，轉為免費帳戶，上傳不久後就出現這個錯誤。

同時我又開了三個帳戶上傳做照片備份及分類，其他三個帳戶也是上傳到一定層度，就無法上傳出現此錯誤。

過一陣子，可能幾週吧，又恢復可上傳。

但我若又持續大量上傳，又會再出現錯誤，四個帳戶都這樣。

Google 的保護措施

If you're uploading a large quantity of photos (totaling well over 1 GB) to your Google account in a short amount of time, you may see our Error 17 or Server rejected errors. I can't share specific details on what triggers this because it's related to how we address spam and abuse, but your account should be reset in roughly 30 days.

Photos that are uploaded to Picasa Web are saved on your Google account, they do not need to be re-uploaded to Google+. A photo you upload to Picasa Web will be accessible from Google+, and vice versa.

This isn't related to the amount of free space you have in your storage quota, it's about the number of bytes you're pushing to your Google account in a certain timeframe. Deleting photos to free up space shouldn't have any positive effect.

The reason users on paid Gmail/Docs/Photos storage subscription plans have higher limits, as noted by others in this thread, is because a significant number of people in this group transfer 20+ GB of content to get started.

我也遇到一樣的狀況，每次都要等一個月左右，才能夠繼續上傳。
剛才付75元台幣購買25G的空間，立刻就可以繼續上傳了。
