中華電信收取「市內電話建築物屋內配線」月維費不當

Hi, did anyone actually read about this article? I mean what the Funk is that all about? CHT is trying to rip people off again, I don't think we should take this anymore. First of all CHT has monopolized the telecom industries. Before they became private company, they were owned by the government which everything is paid using our tax money. Since they became private company they've been trying to rip us off anyway they can. Now they came out with this BS saying they need to charge this and that and if you don't want it Funk off. You guys know what I mean? They use the tax payers money to build the infrastructure and all the cell towers and now they're charge these kinda BS? What the Funk is going on in this world? Is anyone going to do anything about it? I mean the government ain't doing nothing about this , so maybe we should take this matter in our hands.

為確保電話之暢通，建築物屋內配線由中華電信佈放者，中華電信除需在障礙發生時進行修復外，尚須作計畫性及非計畫性抽換整修，以保障一定通信品質。對於進行建築物屋內配線的維護，主要成本包含障礙查修費用及線路整修費用，經實際統計結果，97年度在建築物內配線的維護費用支出超過10億元，收入實不足以支付維護費用支出。 (How much profit did CHT make every year? FUNKIN $50 Billion NTD and on top of that they want to charge more moeny?

1. 方式一：仍由該公司維護，每月繳交「建築物屋內配線月維費」5元，障礙發生時進行修復。若自起租日起由該公司維護滿20年以上，則免收建築物屋內配線月維費並提供免費障礙維修。
2. 方式二：自行維護，每月免繳「建築物屋內配線月維費」5元，障礙發生時，需自行處理；如委由該公司修復，需按次繳納檢測費、施工費各200元及實需材料費。另改為自行維護時，若自起租日起由該公司維護滿7年以上，提供一次免費障礙維修；滿15年以上提供二次免費障礙維修。若要採用方式二之維護方式，請打123免費服務電話辦理。
