我是針對台北市的房子來討論,去年聽到一個房子已經擁有超過20年了,但現在賣還是賠,
地點是民生東路和林森北路房的大樓,現在一件套房只值250萬,他說之前買300-400萬間.

若在嘉義縣市就用租的就好了,我想6千月也可以租整樓或是透天了吧.

試算一下你的房子買800W,如果出租可以租多少錢?
如果貸款600萬,利率算2%,利息支出1萬元/月
你這欲買入的房子可以月租到1萬元以上嗎?

如果連利息都不夠,那還是租房子就好了,一輩子租房子也是很理想的.
把房東的房子租到舊了,我想他也會很想便宜賣給你吧,呵!
到時再撿便宜也可以,不急著買啦.....

結論是: 不要買,一直租.
