前天剛買的鍵盤雷蛇黑寡婦,剛裝上電腦一切正常,也自己跳出安裝Razer Synapse 3
今天開電腦要用時鍵盤一直連不到一直跳開又連上,但關掉Razer Synapse 3後又一切正常了,請問是我的電腦問題還是官方軟體問題?
Perform clean reinstall Synapse 3.0:
* Please ensure that your PC has been updated with Microsoft System Update and Security Update*
Please uninstall "Razer Synapse" and "Razer Chroma SDK Core Components" from your computer under Programs and Features.
Delete all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse and C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them by accessing "Folder Options", then, go to the "View" tab and select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
To ensure that there are no residual files remaining that may corrupt the installation, restart your computer
Go into device manager, go to Keyboards and Audio inputs and outputs - mouse and other pointing devices, uninstall HID Keyboard and Mouse Drivers and all other Razer product drivers, and restart your PC. Be sure to select delete drivers as well when uninstalling.
Restart your computer again.
Temporarily turn off all Firewall and Antivirus software to prevent any conflicts.
Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework. You may download it at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55167
If you already have the same version installed, clicking the installer will ask to either Repair, Uninstall or cancel. Please select "Repair" and follow the onscreen prompts.
If you have a later version, running the installer will return an error saying there is a later version already installed – this is possible if the software is updated following a recent Windows updates. If this happens there is no need to install this version of the software.
If you do not have these components installed at all, running the installer will ask for admin permission and then install the components accordingly.
Also ensure you have the latest updates installed for MS Visual C++. You can obtain that here https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=48145
If you already have the same version installed, clicking the installer will ask to either Repair, Uninstall or cancel. Please select "Repair" and follow the onscreen prompts.

Once every step outlined above has been completed, you may proceed to install Razer Synapse 3.0 https://www.razer.com/synapse-3
Once installed please launch as Razer Synapse as Administrator.
Once Synapse has been installed successfully you may turn your firewall and antivirus services back on.

To do so, search Magnifier icon on the bottom left of the screen. Just beside the Windows icon.
Click on the icon, type Regedit/ Registry Editor. Proceed to search the highlighted link above and remove it.
Restart the PC. Run the Synapse Installer as ‘Run as Administrator’ and follow on screen instructions.
