Focal 喇叭 音箱外觀受損

2014年10月時在Focal與B&W之間挑選好久,最後因外型與音色方面的喜好而購入了 Focal Aria936,當時也一併購入Marantz SR7008,聽一陣子覺得環擴在音樂的表現上實在讓人能難滿意,陸續又購入了網路撥放器與前後級,至此以入門新手的聽感而言已可接受,故每日聆聽了大半年也自得其樂。

不幸的是今年6月份長輩在爭執之下不小心推倒了一顆主喇叭,讓下班後看到的我既心痛又無奈,尋求台灣代理音寶的協助,但原廠業務回覆僅高音單體與網罩可以自費更換,箱體的外傷無法處理,自費更換箱體?不行. 單買一顆主聲道?不行.

似乎要恢復原貌只能整組賤賣或鼻子摸一摸當沒看到,個人認為音響除了聽覺上是享受,視覺上也是,故希望能外觀完善。


不死心的我又發信到法國尋找協助,最終法國也無回信,讓我不禁懷疑花大錢買進口喇叭是否正確?
或者是喇叭等級不夠才會如此?需要一對主喇叭30W?50W?還是100W?,才能享有完善的售後維修?
請各位有經驗前輩指點我其他進口喇叭是否也是如此,外觀受損就是沒得醫,讓我未來升級購買喇叭有個方向。

Recently my Focal 936 system is broken and it has damaged the unilateral and appearance of the main channel.
After seeking for the service from Taiwan distributor, we are disappointed to know that they can only repair single tweeter and cover. They are not able to repair the speaker cabinet which is quite favorite to me. I personally think Focal product is not only auditory, but also visual is a kind of enjoy for pleasure. Therefore, I do hope that you can help me to recover the appearance of Focal 936.

First of all, thanks for your interest for Focal and for Aria line.
Our Focal distributor (TEP) is right : the tweeter and the grill can be replaced. But the cabinet can’t be fixed, because it’s very damaged in several critical locations. Wood and leather are definitively destroy.

As you mentioned, we have noted the speaker cabinet can not be repaired, what if to replace it?

FOCAL distributor recommended me to find from other brands of speaker cabinet for replacement.

I am wondering is that the case if FOCAL speaker cabinet damaged, consumers are not possible to replace it from original maker?

Even consumers are willing to replace the original speaker cabinet and pay for it, can't you provide such service?

If such damaged can't be serviced, then, what is the guarantee that FOCAL can provide?

Please note this product was purchased in Oct., 2014, it is even not a year used.

目前只想到把音箱拆下來給外面的人補烤漆(但這是下下策)

難是難在不確定箱內是否有裂痕

箱體是發音的基礎之一, 除了外觀很重要之外, 音質的影響更重要

理論上原廠應該回收檢查箱體與內部零件

是否有裂痕或鬆脫, 代理更應該幫忙運送

代理商抬高了那麼多價格, 只因為幫客戶代購? 保固跟維修呢?

只是代購跟換小零件幹嘛要代理商?

這位前輩跟我原先想的一樣,個人也覺得代理商應可以做到這些,
僅差在人損需要自費而已,原預想能自費解決就花一花就好,
只是沒想到願意自費也無法處理,真的讓人很失望阿。

更誇張的是發信去法國原廠提出疑問,問發生這種問題都無法維修,
那focal能給消費者什麼保障,居然就不回了,真讓人難以相信是國際大廠.

我沒有大大口袋那麼深阿...才聽大半年就馬上升級,
原本想說多聽幾年再看口袋情況的.
看照片覺得損傷應該不算嚴重,但這並非重點,因為即使嚴重到無法修複的地步,廠商也應該提供購買單只新品的解決方案,而非放任不管,且這對廠商而言並非難事,歸根究底這是廠商的態度問題。
我蠻好奇代理商及原廠願提供單只喇叭人為損壞替換的有那些牌子
看有没有網友能提供經驗參考
其實就像小弟說的...代理商的保固只保非人為因素損壞天災也不在保固內其實合理,但人為因素的維修部分就算我自己鼻子摸一摸要付零件費他也不會理你這點我就覺得那我要買比別人貴幾倍的公司貨做啥,這樣的情況下.....小弟也非常推薦水貨喇叭甚至去日本自己搬.....而且搬越高等級喇叭都不知可以省幾趟機票錢囉!!

台灣的音響產業環境只能令人搖頭~~~

誰可以解說一下台灣音響業賣比別人貴幾倍的價格可以提供的服務是啥?????
