今天剛買一個Panasonic RP-HC500抗噪耳機，
滿懷期待的回家
，一打抗噪的功能，竟然發現耳機的Right有雜音
而Left卻安靜到有種塞住的感覺，這可讓我緊張起來了
，由於我買抗噪耳機不一定會開音樂，所以這種左右不平衡的感覺
會讓我有一點暈暈的感覺，打電話去問店家，店家竟回答說這是這個產品的正常現象，
而且很多人都跟他們反應過....，有點被挖洞跳的感覺............
店家還糾正我說，用抗噪耳機都是一定會放音樂的，所以雜音感覺不出來
......但是，好歹也四點多張的小朋友，怎麼可以就這樣帶有遺憾的買一個有瑕疵的東西！！
請問各位有買HC500的前輩，左右不平衡，這真的是正常現象嗎？？？
實體店家買的好像也不能退貨，只能換貨，但如果是產品先天的瑕疵
那再怎麼換不就還是會有？？？

Based on the NYT review I purchased these headphones but I am disappointed with the Panasonic HC500 headphones. The noise cancelling is great but there is a noticable 'pink noise' from the right earphone. I returned the first pair I got thinking that it was defective.
