小弟最近有意入手S社的55XR1....
那裡頭的面板是日本製的嗎?
還是哪裡製的面板
聽說S社沒有生產面板嗎?...
請各位大大為小弟解惑一下...
Technically speaking, the RGB LED has its advantage but in the real world performance the advantage isn't as obvious as the paper says. If you have a calibration tool lying around then you could take some measurements on the XBR8 and then you could most instantly realize the major advantage it has.
The main advantage of RGB LED is the color reproduction accuracy and purity, you will get a much much accurate result out of the box than other types. Whereas the W-LED will require some fine calibration compared to the RGB LED and will achieve an excellent result thereafter.
The downside of the XBR8 is the use of normal matte panel which results the black performance and the depth not as deep as those on the A950 Ultra Clear Panel in Real World Performance.
If you head over to the shop, you would understand what I am saying. But since you don't have any high end Samsung TV in Taiwan so I guess XBR8 is the only or the best choice over there.
For me, I would still stick with Samsung as everyone knows~
The major reason is because of its latest Ultra Clear Panel, with latest W-LED plus the Ultra High Contrast Ratio. And its richness functions.
