W系列以上機種應該都有motionflow功能及動態影片功能
其中motionflow(又稱Motion Enhancer)選項分為關、中、高
動態影片(又稱cinemotion或reverse-telecine)選項分為自動1、自動2、關
其中差異可參考下段
Cinemotion controls the telecining done with 24p sources such as most movies. It converts the 24 fps source into 120fps and reduces judder.
When you have a 1080[i|p]24 source, Cinemotion kicks in if AUTO1 or AUTO2 is set for the source. If you're not viewing a 24fps source,
Cinemotion shouldn't many any difference (unless the video isn't encoded properly).
AUTO1 does telecining and uses adaptive prediction to try to make the image even smoother (similar to what the motion enhancer does).
AUTO2 just does the telecining without any adaptive motion correction.
Motion Enhancer does motion smoothing regardless of the source picture. The two can be used together and their function is similar but
mutually exclusive.
For me, I like Motion Enhancer set to Off and Cinemotion set to AUTO2 when watching movies. It's a good compromise of smooth picture
without fake looking processing.
[結論]
120Hz以上機種可做到:
1 - reduce judder by using a 5:5 type driving system
2 - reduce hold type blurring by interpolating some or all frames
3 - any combination of 1 and 2
