您好,感謝您的回覆,小弟3~4個月前,為了下個月即將入新lct tv,真是看做了一堆相關功課.
從期待40s2000剛發表,一直等到有人分享圖文並茂後,甚至親臨現場觀看後.....陸續有跑出asus TLW42001以及剛出來的40X2000系列等....從分析到一直分析.
真的很喜歡SONY X系列畫質,雖然還沒看過TLW42001,不過又在期待SHARP 42PX1W的現身.
但是我也詢問過台灣夏寶,SHARP 42PX1W系列要等到2007 2月左右. 但時間有點不容許我等.
一句說的好,等久就是我的.
後來想想....X系列40X,也要129000,真不知道該說值不值得. 其實很想勇敢點逼小朋友出走.
但是.....................還是找個時間看看看台製的ASUS. 總之現在心情很亂.
因為我如果買X系列買後,勢必明年會大降......煩
待我去觀察看看台製的ASUS..

It will be interesting to see how good the circuitry is in this panel.
Have either of you compared the 42001 to the BenQ 4281 directly in A/B comparisons?
I may just order both and return the one that loses my A/B comparisons, but I will wait until Chinese New Year approaches to see if any new models arrive and to see if some special prices emerge.

The test is to see if the display is properly deinterlacing the 1080/60i signal, so the streams are 1080/60i natively. Some displays take half the 1080 field, construct a 540p field, then upconvert to 1080p. Half the resolution is lost and stair stepping occurs. The signal should combine two 1080i fields, use predictive algorithms to adjust for movement and display a proper 1080p field without loss of resolution. The last link explains it all.

You don't need to take pics, just report back if the black and white stripes always remain solid or if they flicker or change thickness/color. I can't test it myself since I haven't bought the panel yet. I want to be sure it properly deinterlaces first. Aren't you interested to see if your new panel properly deinterlaces? Losing half the resolution stinks. ;)
