I own a 2017 GSF now but I just rented a 2018 M4 (Competition)

I suggest you to write down your comment or your thought in Chinese.

Sorry. Yes.

I don't have a Chinese keyboard either... To type those Chinese characters I must spend much more efforts...

You can use Google Translate... Thank you.
I just hope if some people like me don't buy European cars due to their reliability, we don't need to feel bad by reading those biased reviews...

In fact these Japanese cars AS GOOD AS European cars if not better....

PS : If you disagree, that's totally fine... I'm not always right... You can keep buying those European cars as before...

Both my wife and I think that BMW power output was more immediate during normal daily drive... which was quite good. It was more immediate than my Nissans(G&M) and my previous Nissans were better than GSF...

Of course if you push them to the limit, HP becomes much more important...
Thanks for your experience sharing! It's very interesting.

I think the extremely stiff unit body which GSF has is the key. Maybe the less stiff springs and dampers let drivers feel not stable on straight roads. When you drive on curvy roads(mountain roads),some body rolling will happen, but in reality the car is not out of control cause of the extremely stiff unit body.At the same time, you know the status of GSF when you drive into the curve. The driver has a "conversation" with GSF.(Maybe it sounds ridiculous.) Because you know what status the GSF is in,the GSF is under your control, and you can decide to giving it more gas(more brake),turning more steering wheel,or anything else. I think you should enjoy driving GSF very much.

GSF got a good balance from handling, performance, and comfort for daily use. This is very hard-won.

I think the less stiff springs and dampers which are suitable are good for driving and handling.Certainly,if I need to drive the car on the track for Lap Time,I should better to get the more stiff springs and dampers for the speed on the corner or anything else just like Nissan GTR Nismo.

Btw,my English is poor.If you can't understand what I said,I apologize for my English.

Your English is very good, indeed.

Thank you in agreeing with me. Again. I could be wrong sometimes... (I'm just a human) Hoping you find your perfect car very soon!!!
I think I will keep talking about cars here especially after I'm retired a few years later... because I really LOVE CARS...

PS: I will also keep testing many cars as I can in the future... for anyone of you and also for myself...
Today I just drove my GSF again and confirmed that GSF's springs should be softer than M4... Just like my previous G35S(with PSS10) M4 felt tighter on straight roads but my GSF felt more solid and almost as nimble as M4 on winding roads...

But, GSF felt more stable than M4... just like M5(F10) felt more table than GSF...

M5 weights 4,387 lbs
GSF weights 4,000 lbs
M4 weights 3,620 lbs

So... I think GSF is good actually... Its chassis and suspension is as good as those of German cars...(I thought it was not.) But, I'm pretty sure Including RCF, GSF's dampers are from SACHS, made in German.... (I already verified those dampers in person. ) I think you should also already know the dampers of GT-R are also from Bilstein...
