Ohlins definitely makes better dampers. Damper design is more like ART stead of engineering.
That's why German and Japan build better cars because they use more their forces(persistence) than their brains... And, good engineering needs PERSISTENCE!!!
Again, no country can excel at everything...

I usually set cruise control at 128 km/h on a very curvy highway... My previous G was capable to do it but I still felt a little nervous (I also found very few cars could do it even though it's a Porsche) but on my GSF I actually did not felt nervous but felt SLEEPY when I did it!!! (Maybe my Ohlins was also too COMFORTABLE!!!)
I think these high-end aftermarket suspensions may not increase the limit on your car but they do increase your CONFIDENCE a lot!!!

If you can put a state of art suspension like Ohlins DFV, then your Japanese car or German car would become perfect!!! (In fact, dampers and springs could change your driving feel so DRAMATICALLY!!!)

GSF(stock)
Body Rigidness : 9
Suspension : 7
M4(stock competition)
Body Rigidness : 8
Suspension : 8
GSF (Ohlins DFV)
Body Rigidness : 9
Suspension : 10
M4(Ohlins DFV)
Body Rigidness : 8
Suspension : 10
So I change my previous statement. If both GSF and M4 are installed with Ohlins DFV, GSF could be better than M4...

The GS F will offer a Lexus F brand performance experience with a focus on fun and an easy-to-drive experience while balancing its street and track character.” Again the emphasis is NOT on having the best specification sheet, but the best driving experience.
I don't care about the competitors. I want to create what I want, which is a really high-performance car offering driving pleasure to anybody, even regular drivers.

I check this comments again. Guess what... I think I finally understand what this means... This means the designer went at Italian route, not German route for these Japanese cars!!!
Italian route means pretty, happy, relax.
German route means precise, calm. (Japan route has same route as German's)
I think I'm really right on my GSF!!! It mixes with both Japan(precise, calm) and Italian(pretty, happy, relax). And, GSF is very good on daily drives and focus on daily drives(I don't track it, either)... So the numbers are not important any more (even though the numbers are not bad at all!!!)
It's really a performance car with plenty of pleasure!!!

GT-R are more like a track machine (more like German cars which mean cold, hardcore, no feel) F cars, LC500 are more like Italian cars which mean warm, romantic, easy...
Just like MX-5 vs 86... I think MX-5 has more Italian favor...
Actually I'm wrong with Ohlins DFV. I think my GSF with Ohlins DFV is still an Italian car... because Ohlins increases my driving pleasure... (Ohlins's smart valve design is like artwork...)
Not sure if Ohlins will also reduce track time. But, it doesn't matter to me because I don't track my GSF or street racing... (1 second quicker on tracks or streets is non-sense for me)
