經由此次及2015年7月18日的照片證據； 原廠才肯認為應該維修，出遊回來，又進保養廠了。

維修/檢查結果 :更換電腦，連同軟體更新
2015年8月17日故 障 情 況:發現車內後室內鏡鏡面內水銀有問題導致鏡面黑點
維修/檢查結果 :更換視內鏡。
2015年9月15日故 障 情 況:發現車子有異音，煞車檢查、引擎腳撿查 、儀錶板異音檢查、變速箱異音檢查等，發 現引擎腳有問題，但無庫存需等待維修
2015年10月26日故 障 情 況:引擎腳東西送達
維修/檢查結果 :更換右引擎腳
2015年11月13日故 障 情 況:煞車再度出現異音，開車時又出現抖動，
維修/檢查結果 :維修自動變速箱
2015年11月17日故 障 情 況:煞車又出現異音，問題沒解決，後視鏡安裝完後有異音，
維修/檢查結果 :調整後視鏡
2015年12月2日故 障 情 況:車子方向盤無法轉向，
維修/檢查結果 :方向機故障
2015年12月11日 故 障 情 況:電瓶使用兩年前就已更換，但覺得電瓶有異狀要求檢查電瓶
維修/檢查結果 :檢查後判斷正常
2015年12月29日 內循環冷氣有轟轟聲音

2015年12月31日 方向機到料，更換2015年12月2日發生的方向機問題
2016年2月15日 故 障 情 況:前煞車有異音前煞車片檢查，
維修/檢查結果 :但是問題並沒有解決，一樣有異音
依上述維修記錄可知，當車子發生問題時，VOLVO維修廠無法正確的檢查出根本原因，造成不斷的進出維修廠；即使如此也無法得到有效的解決；
鑒於上述的經歷。 本人要求VOLVO應于延長保固，若然再度發生問題時避免消費者遭受金錢上的損失 ，這應是體諒雙方立場的一個折衷的方案， 可惜VOLVO只允諾下次維修打8折。
VOLVO本身對自己的產品?是不是也不相信自家的產品，不然怎麼連個延長保固，他們也要這樣推託?
可見VOVLVO的車子零件，一定有不可告人的問題，否則，為什麼不敢接受我的要求
我的維修單紀錄一大疊，根本沒辦法一張一張上傳，維修紀錄相當輝煌，
整台車，只剩下變速箱，引擎，還沒換過，不知道的人，還以為我買到一台中古車
我的車才2年，就陸陸續續出現一些不該出現的故障，VOLVO，還認為這個狀況是正常。
態度令人匪夷所思
I am driving Volvo 2013 V60. Yes, there have been some issues, but I find the service provided by Taoyuan Volvo to be excellent, attentive and professional. May I share some of my obervation to you, and hope this may help you, I also hope writing in English is OK for you to read.
1. Brake noise - Volvo V60/S60 all have a problem with their front brake. For some reason, Volvo did not add a retention spring to the caliber/brake pad - it is very common to have this spring and as a result, when even you brake or make slow speed turn, you can hear some noise, these noise is annoying, it reminds people of CV joints chattering noise. Even in parking garage, you make a turn to park, you hear that! I don't know if this is the issue or not with you. Previously, Volvo can only add some yellow grease and once you wash your car, they are gone and the noise came back. I now changed both front and rear to EBC brake pad (Yellow label) and the noise is still there. I was told now that Volvo offered a rention brake add-on pad when you change the brake pad with Volvo. My friend just changed his pad. I do not know if it is effective and if yes, I will change next time.
2. I do not have any problem with my car computer. But I have a lot of problem with my Garmin addon GPS. The GPS for some reason will failed without warning, leaving me without the GPS but the rest is OK. I must have such failure more than 5-6 times, and every time, it is the connector connection issue. It is annoying and Volvo offered to changed the complete system for me few months ago. I have not encountered the problem since then and hope not.
Driving the V60 is nice but there is a lot of unexpected cost associated. The brake pad worn out very fast. The original pad is dusty - my God, your wheels look horrible when the dust collected. EBC is pretty good.
The tires weared out very quickly. Mine is gone by around 25000 to 28000 km. I don't know why, maybe the car is head heavy or maybe better the diesel has too much torque. It is quite a surprise and added to my cost of ownership
My worst complaint, so far, albeit a smaller issue is the God damned wiper! No matter how I cleaned, how I get professional cleaning, no matter how often I changed the new wiper, it just make noise or not smoothly doing its job. I must have changed more than three different brands of wiper and none of them seems to work!
My 2013 V60 also exhibits an annoying down shift on my gearbox when slowing down to around 60-65km/h from around 100km/h or so. I have to live with that Aisin 6 speed on this.. I also noticed that after 85000km on my V60, the noise coming out from the engine is more tame but less aggressive than when it is new. It seems to breath less air (may be the turbo issue) This is not a problem just an observation.
All the above are honest feedback. I enjoyed great service of Volvo dealer. Will I buy another Volvo, maybe not, but the reason is not about reliability. It may be economic in nature!

BTW, I am going to change the tires again soon and I will change to Michelin 235/50/R17 which I had before and it makes the car 1 inch taller and nicer! Very expensive PS3 tires from Michelin.
Volvo original battery, made by Vataa I think, it not very good at all.
YOu need to change to other brand. I had a battery failure without any warning. I changed to this brand and now it has been working very well since 1.5 years ago.
Yes, originial Volvo battery is an issue. I agreed to that.
