I like the back of the new version but not the front

As for the price of the auto market, cars are way cheaper in the States than in Canada.

I currently live in Canada and for the same model, we have to pay at least 5K more. orz

Plus there aren't a lot of mod shops so pretty much a lot of stuff have to be imported from the US.
In conclusion : if you want to play cars.....you better move to US....auto market in Canada is too small(modification wise)

Thanks for the props man! The front looks kinda Saab IMHP, but I can live with that. It's the power, handling, and much more refined interior that got me hooked this time. I never paid attention to Subaru when I was in BC back in early 2000ish. I know most of the mods are coming from the US and so is the tunning. But it's all long gone memory for me now as I work in China and enjoy most of my holidays in HK and Taiwan. The cost of having fun in motorsports is much more expensive in Asia; Therefore, enjoy while you can, and I will take care of subu while it lasts!

A very well-written article indeed. Props.

I have to agree with you, cars in China/Taiwan are x-times more expensive than US (even Canada).

Having spent the last 4 years in Shanghai, I have been trying very hard to avoid buying a car because of the almost negative C/P value.

But, 事與願違, I bought a Suzuki SX4 last July. (The 2.0R Impreza, priced at around RMB 200k, is pretty good price if you ask me. However, personally I think the road condition would do more damage to the car's suspensions - especially my job involves frequenting construction sites)

SX4, in my opinion, is the car with most safety features for around RMB 100k. Though if they could include the AWD as the overseas model did that'd be even better.

I couldn't care less about leather seats, DVD navigation, etc.
