In my opinion just those GOD DAMN DAMPERS(sorry my words) let our Japanese cars weak. Except that everything is as good or better. The situation getting even worse dampers actually contribute near 50% of driving feel, I think.
PS:
1. Even I ask my wife which one is better again today. She still says Maxima is better...
2. Japanese dampers can be very stiff. However once they become stiff, they are more suitable on race tracks(more smooth) and not good for streets(not so smooth)...
