小弟在ebay上買了組全新工具, 但賣家寄給我的工具電鍍面都是細紋非全新光滑面,跟賣家反應多次後同意退貨並退得標金全額含運費, 但貨退給賣家後賣家卻只退我得標金不含運費, 請教網兄我應該如何用英文跟paypal申訴, 謝謝網兄幫忙
確定可以先跟eBay問賠運費再申訴..
To whom it may concern:
I brought a brand new tool kit from the seller, XXX, but unfortunately the kit is not perfect.
Frankly speaking, I think it is a defective part. The seller refund my bid, not including my shipping cost. I do think the seller should return all my costs including shipping.
I am curious whether I have a right to ask for my compensation from the seller, of my shipping cost .
