謝謝你的分享, 這的確是很重要的提醒呢!

這裡大家談的 Airsense 10 或 S10 是指 Airsense 10 Autoset 哦!
( 其實上一代的 S9 也是有分成 Autoset, Autoset for her, Escape, Elite 等款 )

另外曾有女性朋友問我 Airsense 10 和Airsense 10 for her 是不是只有外觀不同, 功能都相同 ?
我查過資料, 由於男生和女生的呼吸型態有少許的差異,
因此 Airsense 10 for her 除了外觀不同之外, 機器內部的演算設計也與 Airsense 10 有些不同,
所以女性呼友還是建議購買 Airsense 10 for her , 會比較舒適, 治療效果應該也會比較好.

Women have slightly different breathing patterns than men do.
One of the most innovative features of the AirSense™ 10 AutoSet for Her is the algorithm developed for women and the manner in which OSA affects them.
A standard algorithm responds after 3 flow limited breaths and will move up by as much as 3 cmwp.
The For Her algorithm responds after just 1 flow limited breath and will move up by as much as 2.5 cmwp.
If needed the algorithm setting can be changed to the standard AutoSetAutoSet™ algorithm version.

來分享一個好消息哦!
平常我們都是由患者或者家屬互相分享治療的心得,
除了看門診的短短幾分鐘, 很難直接接觸到睡眠呼吸中止症的專科醫生,
現在, 奇美醫院睡眠中心陳志金主任成立了 < 打鼾俱樂部 > 部落格,
陳主任本身也是 OSA 的患者, 使用CPAP超過十年了,

想請問一下，有沒有人是購買s10的機器，然後在長庚睡眠中心看診的，
不知道S10的機器，長庚有沒有辦法讀資料出來供醫生解讀？

如果需要回診就將SD卡取出拿到醫院讀檔案

S9 和 Airsense10 的軟體是共用的,
在技術上, 長庚一定可以下載 Airsense 10 的使用資料
但有些醫院或廠商會酌收費用 ( 聽說若不是跟他們買的, 有些醫院或廠商會收費三千元 ? )
也有些醫院接受病患自己下載資料, 再拿下載好的資料給醫生參考.
所以還是必須要先確認一下,
我只能跟你說在技術上是沒有問題的. ~^O^~

如果你想要自己下載 Airsense10 的使用資料,
我可以傳給你軟體的連結, 以及用照片一個步驟一個步驟教學的軟體使用說明檔案

只差Central apnea detection這功能,請問這是什摸功能呢?

"Central apnea detection"有此能力的機器才能執行自動調壓功能(APAP)；否則只能是固定壓力呼吸機(CPAP)。因為中樞性呼吸中止時，升壓無法解決問題，反而因升壓過高會驚醒患者

一個必須用手動關閉？
