是不是完美不是看剛種好的結果，植牙完美與否需要觀察五到十年，並有各時期的x光，剛種完牙，只要條件不太差，剛種完結果應該都不錯。但為何植體規格要一變再變，就是以前許多系統經長期觀察後有較高機率的術後病變。所以四十年來，植體一直再進步，若是以前的植體沒問題，植體公司這幾年不用花這麼多心血開發。
至於顎側蛀牙，在照片上是完全看不見的。即使牙齦有發炎現象，似乎也比較像長牙橋造成的清潔問題導致牙周病。是否可以補充顎側照片以便判讀？若是顎側有嚴重牙齦下蛀牙，你的骨質再生手術（Bone regeneration)就真的不錯。
