Supine KUB and lateral view of the lumbosacral spines show:
No definite bone destruction.Relatively decreased intervertebral disc space exists at L4-5.
No definite abnormal paraspinal soft tissue.the alignment is acceptable.
Bilateral psoas and renal shadows are clearly demonstrated.
unremarkable bowel gas pattern exists.the colon gas is still preserved.
no definite abnormal pathologic opacity is superimposed over the abdominal pelvic cavities.
