因為B肝及脂肪肝而去做了定期追蹤，照腹部超音波的時候，
醫生講的話我沒有完全聽清楚，當時卻又忘記問，
我只記得醫生跟我說有輕度的脂肪肝，以及抽血檢驗的結果而已。
事後申請了檢驗報告，醫院只出英文報告，沒有中文的解釋，
以有限的英文能力我只能看懂一小部份，
因此想拜託一下，看有沒有人能幫忙翻譯、解讀。
我比較在意dianosis裡的score 5，不知道這代表什麼意思?
liver : normal size ,heterogeneous parenchyma with slightly increased L-K contrast, smooth surface, nonobscured vasculature
No definite liver tumor could be visualized.
GB :negative
Biliary tree: normal nondilated bilateral IHDs, CHD and CBD.
Spleen :not enlarged, 3.4x2.2cm
Ascites (N)
Patent portal veins, hepatic veins and inferior vena cava.
Pancreatic body: negative, head and tail: shadowed.
Obscure diaphragmatic contour(N)
On a total scale of 4 to 11, a score of 4 indicates normal and a score of 8 indicates early cirrhosis.
On a total scale of 5, 1 for mild, and 3 for moderate, 4 and 5 for severe degree of fatty liver.
Diagnosis:
1. Parenchymal liver disease, score 5 with mild fatty change.
2.Bilateral renal parenchymal disease.
On a total scale of 4 to 11, a score of 4 indicates normal and a score of 8 indicates early cirrhosis.

(1) 2013/2月於台北長庚檢驗:
Parenchymal liver disease, score 6
C 型肝炎病毒量: 9百萬 IU/ml.
(2) 2013/11 至今: 到台北榮總中醫龔醫師服用1年中藥,
於 2014/8月於台北好心肝中心檢驗:
C 型肝炎病毒量: 2百萬 IU/ml.
(3) 目前仍繼續服用台北榮總中藥.

超音波檢查結果(findings):
肝臟：大小正常、肝實質回音不均、輕微的肝腎對比、肝表面平滑、肝內脈管系統成像清晰、未發現明顯的肝腫瘤影像。
膽囊：未發現明顯異常
膽管系統：肝內肝(膽)管、總肝管、總膽管管徑正常，未發現擴張現象
脾臟：未發現腫大，脾半面積指標(SPI)：大小為3.4*2.2 cm^2
腹水：無
門靜脈、肝靜脈、下腔靜脈皆清楚呈現
胰體部：未發現異常，胰頭部及胰尾部：受(消化道氣體）遮蔽
橫膈膜輪廓模糊：無
第一個評分系統是肝實質病變評分系統(Scoring system for Parenchymal liver disease)，評分範圍是4到11分，4分代表是未發現肝實質病變的影像特徵，8分暗指可能為早期肝硬化，11分暗指為進行性肝硬化。
第二個評分系統是脂肪肝嚴重度評估，評分範圍是0到５分，1-2分為輕度脂肪肝，3分為中度脂肪肝，4-5分為重度脂肪肝。
依照上面的findings，肝實質病變評分系統被評為5分，其來源是肝實質回音不均(heterogeneous parenchyma)所貢獻的。
依照上面findings所描述，脂肪肝評分系統應該為1分(輕度脂肪肝)，其來源是肝腎對比(slightly increased L-K contrast)所貢獻的。(雖然我個人認為如果只有肝腎對比而沒有明亮肝等特徵同步出現只能算0.5分)
