這個網站還蠻便宜的。準備請朋友帶回來一組race guard。
根據他們的介紹4*4比較舒服，裡面泡棉比較厚，但是我還是order race guard，似乎那塊硬塑膠比較能保護。

該如何選擇對的正確尺寸的 knee/shin guard & elbow forearm guard??
以knee/shin來量, 我剛好是落在S 的尺寸, 是不是要買大一號, 以便冬天可以穿著後一點長褲,(牛仔褲..等)
而forearm 的尺寸是否也該買大一個尺寸呢?
